When and why?

We will use your personal data in order to (I) answer your queries and requests; (II) manage the requested service or process your order; (III) send you commercial information by electronic means that may be of interest to you, provided there is express authorization on your part; (IV) create a commercial profile based on the information you provide to us in order to offer products and services tailored to your interests. No automated decisions will be made based on such profile.

Users of the website:

While you browse our website, we will collect information about your browser, your device and data of the way you use our website, as well as any information you provide to us. In an anonymized or aggregated form, we will record your IP address (identification number of the device's Internet access, which allows devices, systems and servers to recognize and communicate with each other).

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the acceptance of the contractual agreement with the provider of each specific social network, which is granted upon registering in its application and will be in accordance with its privacy policies, which are external to us.

The legal basis for data processing is our (I) legitimate interest in knowing the browsing habits of our users, in order to adapt to their interests and improve our relationship with them; (II) your consent when browsing our website and accepting the terms of use for cookies.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your data will not be transferred to third-parties external to the service we provide, unless legally required. Specifically, your data will be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and to banks and financial entities in order to report the service provided or product purchased, where appropriate.

Your data may also be communicated to our service providers when they are necessary to implement the contract. In these cases, the processor has contractually committed to use the data only for the purpose justifying data processing and to maintain appropriate security measures.

You may always contact our Data Protection Delegate prior to submitting a claim to the AEPD against the data controller. In case we fail to assist you in the exercise of your rights, you can file a claim at the AEPD.

We have the appropriate forms for the exercise of your rights at your disposal, which can be requested via the email address stated above; You may also use the forms provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or by the corresponding third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or be accompanied by a photocopy of your ID. If you act through a representative for such purpose, the forms must also be accompanied by a copy of your ID or include an electronic signature.

Such forms must be submitted in person or sent by regular mail or by email to the addresses shown in the "Who is responsible for the Data Processor" section.

The maximum term to resolve such matters is one month from the receipt of your request.

How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept as long as you maintain a relationship with us.

Upon finishing such relationship, your personal data processed for each of the specified purposes will be kept during the legally established periods. In case there is no such legal period, they will be kept until the interested party requests its deletion or revokes the consent granted, or during the period that a judge or court may require them in accordance with the appropriate statute of limitations for legal actions.
